We're your dedicated repair & service provider for all types of mobility & accessibility equipment, offering convenient at-home maintenance or installation for your wheelchairs, powerchairs, scooters, lifts for automobiles and access ramps.


We excel at serving the needs of veterans. It is our sincere pleasure to serve those who served. Contact us first when you need service for your VA issued mobility equipment. We'll request a NO CONSULT evaluation from the VA. Upon acceptance of the NO CONSULT evaluation, the VA instructs us to go to your home or residence and make an initial evaluation. Our goal is to work hand-in-hand with the VA and extend mobility repair and service into your home or residence whenever possible.

Getting VA Issued Equipment Serviced, Repaired or Installed

Steps to Get VA Service, Repair or Installation

How to Get Your Mobility Equipment Evaluated by the VA

1. Start by speaking with your VA healthcare provider.


2. The VA may then schedule an appointment to view your equipment at a VA repair facility.


3. If mobility equipment repair or services are deemed necessary, you will be informed. 


4. Follow the VA instructions.


1. Strategic partnerships enable us to provide a NO CONSULT equipment evaluations in-home.


2. Call us. We'll get approval for a NO CONSULT visit to evaluate equipment in your home.


3. If approved, you won't have to drive to the VA. Service is done in-home. We come to you!


4. After the evaluation, we submit the evaluation report to the VA.


5. Based on VA criteria, the equipment may be repaired in-home or returned to the VA.


1. Ask for us by name to INSTALL your lift when receiving approval from the VA.


2. Ask for us by name to REPAIR your lift when calling the VA for service.


3. Choose MOBILITY MEDIC from the vendor list provided by the VA.


4. Ask for us by name when scheduling your installation with HARMAR or Bruno.


5. We provide on-site installation and service. No driving. No waiting rooms. We come to you!


At this time we do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide discounts for equipment and services to consumers purchasing with cash or credit card. Also, we will continue to serve veterans with VA issued mobility equipment.
